Our co-founders, Nicole and Clare's vision for Fenn is driven by a deep mutual professional respect alongside a genuine friendship. The idea for Fenn came from the realisation that combining the best of both their backgrounds could deliver what so many clients are looking for right now: performance, in balance with a nurturing experience.

Nicole’s approach comes from many years working in Europe; offering very luxurious, nourishing treatments and using products with serious heritage. In her first space, Tribe, she was able to offer the same experience back home, but in a much more relaxed setting to suit her Australian clientele, and whilst curating a product offering that focused on natural ingredients. Clare’s background is in clinical skincare - she is an expert in the world of scientifically supported ingredients and treatments - and the two worlds complement each other beautifully, delivering a balanced practice that holds space for both traditional and modern techniques.

“I loved the natural, paired back and efficacious approach Nicole took to treating the skin,” says Clare. Coming from a clinical skincare background, it motivated her to explore and expand her approach to her practice, incorporating holistic philosophies, and offering a more nurturing treatment for her clients.

Clare and Nicole felt their clients needed something in between – treatments and products that deliver results, yet still offering sustainable and healthy ingredients, combined with the deep nurturing of a traditional spa experience. “We want our clients to feel empowered by education from the team, and it’s these values that set the Fenn experience apart.” says Nicole.

At Fenn, the curated product range focuses on brands that are merging traditional clinical formulations with naturally based ingredients. Natural ingredients have been prioritised and formulated to deliver potent results, backed by scientific research. “It’s about balance, integrity, education, individuality.”

“For both of us, we are driven by the connections we form; most notably, with our clients… When someone has complete trust in you to treat their skin, it is such a privilege” says Clare, “to see clients feel comfortable and cared for at Fenn is a true measure of our success.”
